The staff was friendly and helpful, i felt so welcomed! the rooms were really spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. i spent a lot of time at the pool and i always found a great spot plus delicious snacks were always available. everything felt fresh and new. I loved it!
The gym was a little small. I had to wait for the treadmill sometimes.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also featured a mini bar stocked with drinks. complimentary water was available daily. i was in a beautiful double or twin room. It felt luxurious!

The reception staff always smiled. They were really kind and helpful. there was a shuttle bus to the beach. It was so convenient and ran frequently. i always got assistance immediately!

There were two swimming pools, each with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. i found the bar had excellent drinks and happy hour specials. Made my day! the hotel included a restaurant with tasty food!

The staff at reception was rude. The room had twin beds instead of the double we booked. Staff shouted during checkout.

i really appreciated the size of the rooms and how clean they were. the receptionist was always friendly and smiling. also, the pool was amazing. It was a big pool perfect!
during breakfast, there were not many options that matched my culture. i wish there were more varieties to accommodate different tastes, especially with fruits and sweets. it could be improved!

The breakfast had many choices with fresh curries each morning. I really enjoyed that. i found the bed very comfortable. the two pools are nice. I spent a lot of time there. it was smooth from check-in to check-out.
