amazing hotel, totally worth it!
friendly staff spacious room comfortable bedding delicious snacks
The staff was friendly and helpful, i felt so welcomed! the rooms were really spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. i spent a lot of time at the pool and i always found a great spot plus delicious snacks were always available. everything felt fresh and new. I loved it!
The gym was a little small. I had to wait for the treadmill sometimes.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also featured a mini bar stocked with drinks. complimentary water was available daily. i was in a beautiful double or twin room. It felt luxurious!

The reception staff always smiled. They were really kind and helpful. there was a shuttle bus to the beach. It was so convenient and ran frequently. i always got assistance immediately!

There were two swimming pools, each with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. i found the bar had excellent drinks and happy hour specials. Made my day! the hotel included a restaurant with tasty food!

It's super close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. This was great! the location was near a supermarket. I found this really convenient. the area was quiet though!

The room was clean. The location was near center and Patong beach. Breakfast was good but not too diverse.
The staff at reception was rude. The room had twin beds instead of the double we booked. Staff shouted during checkout.

The room cleaning seemed to require BETTER attention. A strange odor lingered in some corridor areas and near the elevators. The breakfast selections lacked variety. I noticed limited fruit options and not particularly tasty sweets.

fantastic trip! loved the big pool.
clean room big pool
i really appreciated the size of the rooms and how clean they were. the receptionist was always friendly and smiling. also, the pool was amazing. It was a big pool perfect!
during breakfast, there were not many options that matched my culture. i wish there were more varieties to accommodate different tastes, especially with fruits and sweets. it could be improved!
